Welcome to GradCohort, a flagship brand of NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

1.1 Enrollment in GradCohort programs is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each program.
1.2 Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information during the enrollment process.

2. Program Fees

2.1 Fees for programs are outlined on our website and are subject to change.
2.2 Full payment is required before the commencement of the program unless otherwise specified.
2.3 Fees are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by GradCohort.

3. Attendance & Participation

3.1 Students must actively participate in scheduled classes, live projects, and training sessions.
3.2 Absences must be communicated in advance, and students are responsible for catching up on missed material.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with instructors, mentors, and peers.
4.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary action, including possible removal from the program.

5. Intellectual Property & Project Work

5.1 All training materials, including videos, slides, assignments, and curriculum, are the intellectual property of GradCohort (NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP) and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
5.2 Students retain ownership of personal project work but grant GradCohort the right to showcase their work for promotional and educational purposes.
5.3 Live projects and research work completed as part of internships or industry collaborations remain the property of GradCohort.

6. Job Placement & Industry Collaboration

6.1 GradCohort provides job placement assistance, resume reviews, and mock interviews but does not guarantee job placement or employment.
6.2 Job opportunities are subject to availability, student performance, and hiring company requirements.
6.3 As part of industry collaboration, student data (such as resumes and skill profiles) may be shared with trusted hiring partners, recruiters, and consultants to facilitate placement opportunities.

7. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

7.1 GradCohort and NeuralTech AI Solutions LLP are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
7.2 Students participate in training, live projects, and internships at their own risk.

8. Modifications to Terms

8.1 GradCohort reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8.2 Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.
